The 5th IEEE International Conference on Energy Engineering and Power Systems (IEEE-EEPS 2025) will present the following awards to recognize outstanding contributions:

• Outstanding Paper Award

-Each awardee will receive a certificate of recognition and a trophy.

-Evaluation criteria include paper quality, research content, and originality.

-Eligibility:

(1) The accepted paper must complete registration and payment by October 17, 2025.

(2) At least one author of the paper must attend the conference in person.

• Outstanding Student Paper Award

-Each awardee will receive a certificate of recognition and a trophy.

-Selection is based on paper quality, research content, and originality.

-Eligibility:

(1) The paper's first or corresponding author must be a student.

(2) Registration and payment must be completed by October 17, 2025.

(3) At least one student author must attend the conference onsite.

• Outstanding Poster Award

-Each awardee will receive a certificate of recognition and a trophy.

-Evaluation focuses on the poster's originality, technical advantages, and design quality.

-Eligibility: Authors must attend the conference to present and explain their posters onsite.

• Outstanding Oral Presentation Award

-Each awardee will receive a certificate of recognition and a trophy.

-Criteria include originality, applicability, technical merits, and presentation effectiveness.

-Eligibility: Presenters must attend and give their oral presentations onsite.

All awards will be selected by the conference committee. The organizing committee of IEEE-EEPS 2025 reserves the final right of interpretation. We sincerely encourage all participants to actively contribute and compete for these prestigious awards.
