第五届IEEE能源工程与电力系统国际学术会议(IEEE-EEPS 2025)于2025年10月31日至11月2日在深圳成功举办。本次会议汇聚了全球能源与电力系统领域的顶尖专家,围绕“能源工程与电力系统创新”主题展开了深度交流。此次会议由香港中文大学(深圳)、IEEE、国网能源研究院有限公司联合主办,香港中文大学(深圳)理工学院、《中国电力》杂志社承办,浙江大学海南研究院、三亚纵横能源研究院、郑州轻工业大学、杭州电子科技大学自动化学院、山东大学深圳研究院、《Energy Conversion and Economics》编辑部、《Smart Power &Energy Security》编辑部协办,《发电技术》、《广东电力》、《山东电力技术》、《电网与清洁能源》、《智慧电力》、《电力科技与环保》支持。

2025 5th IEEE International Conference on Energy Engineering and Power Systems (IEEE-EEPS 2025) was successfully held in Shenzhen from October 31 to November 2, 2025. The conference brought together top experts in the field of energy and power systems from around the world to engage in in-depth discussions on the theme of "Innovations in Energy Engineering and Power Systems." The event was jointly sponsored by The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, IEEE, and State Grid Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd. It was organized by School of Science and Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Electric Power. Co-organizers included the Hainan Institute of Zhejiang University, Sanya Global Energy Research Institute, Zhengzhou University of Light Industry, School of Automation, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Shenzhen institute of shandong university, Energy Conversion and Economics andSmart Power & Energy Security. The conference was also supported byPower Generation Technology, Guangdong Electric Power,  Shandong Electric PowerPower System and Clean Energy, Smart Power and Electric Power Technology and Environmental Protection.


本次大会议程分为大会报告、主题分会场、特邀报告及口头报告环节,会议期间还设置了优秀论文、优秀学生论文、优秀口头报告以及优秀海报评选环节,并现场颁奖。
The conference agenda was comprised of Plenary Session, parallel sessions, invited speeches, and oral presentations. During the event, awards were presented for Best Paper Award, Best Student Paper Awaed, Best Oral Award, and Best Poster Award, with an on-site award ceremony.

大会报告环节特邀薛禹胜院士、钟志勇教授、刘玉田教授、张颖君教授、Sri Niwas Singh教授及Marc Rosen教授等六位权威学者,分别从电力系统稳定性与安全机制、储能与低碳能源技术、人工智能与智能系统应用三大研究方向分享了前沿成果,为构建新型电力系统提供了关键理论支撑与实践路径。

The Plenary Session invited six distinguished scholars, including CAS Academician  Yusheng Xue, Professor Chi Yung Chung, Professor Yutian Liu, Professor Yingjun Zhang, Professor Sri Niwas Singh, and Professor Marc Rosen. They shared cutting-edge findings covering three major research areas: power system stability and security mechanisms, energy storage and low-carbon energy technologies, and artificial intelligence with smart system applications. Their presentations provided critical theoretical foundations and practical pathways for constructing new power systems.

分会场讨论同样精彩纷呈,主题分会场1聚焦人工智能在电力系统与市场中的应用,赵俊华教授、梁高琪教授等学者展示了AI技术在负荷预测、碳核算及系统安全中的创新应用;主题分会场2围绕现代电力系统规划与运行,王钦副教授、王贵斌研究员等专家探讨了数据驱动优化、氢电融合与系统韧性等热点问题。会议通过口头报告、海报展示等多形式交流,充分体现了学术与产业融合的活力,为全球能源转型注入了新动能。

The parallel sessions were equally dynamic and engaging. Parallel Session 1, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence in power systems and markets, featured presentations by scholars such as Professor Junhua Zhao and Professor Gaoqi Liang. They showcased innovative applications of AI technology in load forecasting, carbon accounting, and system security. Parallel Session 2 centered on the planning and operation of modern power systems. Experts including Associate Professor Qin Wang and Researcher Guibin Wang delved into hot topics such as data-driven optimization, hydrogen-electricity integration, and system resilience. Through diverse forms of communication like oral presentations and poster sessions, the conference fully demonstrated the vitality of academic-industry integration, injecting new momentum into the global energy transition.
